We do not see emergencies. Please contact your primary care veterinarian or your local veterinary emergency clinic.
Dr. Siwek is a Western licensed veterinarian. She cannot offer an opinion, give advice nor prescribe herbs for a patient she has not seen in person.
If you are interested in making a new patient appointment, please call our office at 847-869-8845 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM and our receptionist will be happy to assist you. If we are closed, please leave a phone number where you can be reached and we will return your call. Please note that no appointments can be made online.
